Shipping Policy for China

In order to better serve users in China, we have now contacted a carrier that specializes in exclusive forwarding services in China . Subsequent carriers will be responsible for the transportation of orders specifically mailed to mainland China .

All domestic orders must contact customer service to place an order! Otherwise, there is no way to get customs clearance information.

 

Please read the following instructions carefully before placing an order:

 

The first mode of transportation:

UPS China Bulk Mailing Instructions (High-Risk Voluntary Channel)

The following is a detailed description of the policy:

Provinces where delivery has been successful (for reference only)

Customers in the following provinces have successfully received disposable e-cigarettes via UPS (e.g., 20 per mailing):

  • Henan Province

  • Three Northeastern Provinces (Liaoning/Jilin/Heilongjiang)

  • Shandong Province

  • Fujian Province

  • Guangdong Province

⚠️UPS cannot be used to deliver to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions , so this method is not recommended.

  • This method belongs to the " guaranteed delivery but not guaranteed delivery " service:

    • We can assist in packaging and shipping, but we do not bear the transportation risks (such as customs detention, random inspection confiscation, return, etc.)

    • All delivery results are based on historical customer feedback and do not represent future results.

  • If you are willing to bear the risk of this mode of transportation, please contact customer service to confirm the region and customs clearance details.

💰 Shipping fee

  • UPS actual shipping fee is used, which is usually about 4 times that of ordinary small package mail.

  • We do not add any extra charges, we only collect UPS shipping fees, which depend on weight and destination.

📝 Order Process

  1. Customer provides delivery information and product list

  2. Contact customer service to confirm whether delivery to this province is supported

  3. We create UPS waybills and ship your shipments

  4. Customers voluntarily bear the transportation risk and pay the freight

  5. If UPS contacts you and asks you to submit customs clearance information, you must promptly respond to UPS's text messages or emails and complete customs clearance according to the instructions. UPS does not send customs clearance information to merchants, so we will not receive it. Only the recipient will receive it, so please pay attention to the information.

Instructions for Small-Volume Mailing in China Using Other Carriers (Low-Risk Safe Channels)

1. Shipping fee description:

All parcels shipped to China are subject to shipping costs paid by the buyer .

The shipping price is affordable, similar to the price of ordinary express delivery in Canada, but due to China's policy restrictions, we cannot support free shipping for orders over a certain amount . Please understand.

Due to the large number of restrictions on each package, we recommend placing orders in batches and arranging shipping batches reasonably based on available ID cards.

 

2. Product mailing restrictions (please be sure to comply)

To ensure smooth customs clearance, the following are the mailing rules for different products:

Restrictions on the items that can be mailed and the quantity they can be sent:

Cigarette cartridges (such as RELX Pods) : The total amount of e-liquid at a single time must not exceed 12mL (for example: 2 boxes of 2mL × 3 capsules) .

RELX cigarette sticks (small cigarette sticks) : limited to 2 sticks per package.

Disposable e-cigarettes:

Each stick contains 10mL of e-liquid: up to 2 sticks at a time .

Each stick contains 20mL of e-liquid: only 1 stick at a time .

Small power range hood (including batteries): Limited to one shipment per shipment 1 piece (This type of product has the risk of being intercepted by customs, so it is recommended to try a small amount first).

Devices/Accessories without batteries and e-liquid : You can mail 1 set of devices or 6 boxes of accessories at a time.

 

❌Prohibited items from being mailed :

Any disposable e-cigarette with a liquid capacity greater than 20mL

Bulk e-liquid /e-liquid bottle

High-power e-cigarette devices (especially high-power battery devices)

 

3. Logistics timeliness (for reference)

Most first-tier cities and surrounding areas: expected Delivery within 14 business days .

Remote provinces /remote areas: An additional 2-3 working days are required, subject to domestic express delivery time.

> Note: Since customs processing time is basically the same, the impact mainly comes from domestic delivery speed .

Special circumstances may cause shipping delays, such as war , severe weather such as typhoons /snowstorms, etc. (this depends on the weather in the two countries. For example, if there is a snowstorm in Toronto, the package cannot take off, and if there is a typhoon in China, the package cannot land, etc.), holidays (for example, flights do not take off on Canadian statutory holidays, and domestic holidays, customs are not working, etc.), strikes (for example, airlines are on strike and are not working), etc., which will cause express delivery delays.

 

4. Documents required for customs clearance

Each package must provide A photo of the front and back of your Mainland China Resident ID card , for real-name customs clearance.

One ID card corresponds to one package; if you can provide multiple ID cards, they can correspond to multiple independent packages.

For example: Provide 5 ID cards → 5 separate packages can be sent (such as 5 20mL disposable e-cigarettes).

Flights to China usually depart on Wednesdays and Saturdays .

It is recommended that you contact customer service in advance and arrange shipments in batches reasonably.

Each package will incur one shipping fee, regardless of whether the orders are combined. Please arrange the item combination and ID card allocation reasonably .

FAQ

1. How many times can I send one ID card?

A mainland China ID card can only be used for customs clearance of one package at a time.

However, since we have 2 flights per week (Wednesday & Saturday), you can use the same ID card to send 2 separate packages on different flights within a week.

 

2. How can I check the status of my package?

For each shipment, we will provide a shipping list PDF or screenshot, which contains a query QR code.

You can scan the QR code on the shipping list to check the logistics status.

Note: Due to a recent courier system upgrade, some package scans are temporarily unavailable. However, delivery is continuing as normal. Please be patient.

 

3. What should I do if there are any abnormalities in customs inspection or customs clearance?

Please contact Customer Service immediately. We will immediately contact the forwarder and courier to assist with customs clearance and ensure your package clears customs as quickly as possible.

 

4. Can I combine multiple items into one package?

Yes, but you must comply with product restrictions (such as total e-liquid volume limit, device quantity limit, etc.). Exceeding the limit will result in customs clearance failure. It is recommended to ship in reasonable batches according to the regulations.

 

5. Which cities in China do you support shipping to?

We support delivery to most provinces and cities across the country. First-tier cities and surrounding areas have faster delivery times, while remote areas may be delayed. 2–3 business days .

For some remote areas (such as Tibet and Xinjiang), it is recommended to consult customer service in advance to confirm delivery availability.

 

6. What payment methods are supported?

Credit cards that can be verified by the North American gateway AVS (ordinary credit cards are not accepted) , WeChat Pay , Alipay , and Canadian dollar transfer payments ( all orders are settled in Canadian dollars )

 

7. Can I specify a domestic recipient or address?

Yes. The ID card address and the delivery address do not need to be the same. The ID card is only used for customs clearance and does not affect the actual delivery address . To ensure that you can receive the notification text message from Cainiao Station, please make sure that your mobile phone number is available and can receive the message.

 

8. Is there a return or compensation mechanism for the package?

International packages are not currently returnable. If your package is lost in transit, severely damaged, or fails customs clearance , please contact customer service immediately for assistance with claim processing.
