Regarding the problem of credit card payment failure
- When the billing address at the time of payment does not match the billing address registered with the bank, the transaction will be rejected or voided by the system (i.e. the bank withholds funds, but the gateway system cancels further payments. The bank will adjust the withholding amount for you within 3-7 working days. This is an informal transaction), and AVS verification will be judged as an error. Please ensure that the address is consistent.
- It is recommended to check the bank billing address, operate on the billing address registered with the bank, or enter the address correctly on the payment interface.
- For domestic credit card payment, you need to enter the billing address corresponding to the domestic bank. If the address is wrong and results in void, please contact customer service to provide the correct information. (In order to avoid unsuccessful transactions, we do not recommend using domestic credit cards)
Questions about E-Transfer account transfers
- When placing an order, select EMT transfer payment, and the transfer email address displayed is:

- When transferring money, the amount in US dollars must be used as the basis and converted according to the exchange rate of the day. If the exchange rate is different, the order amount will be adjusted according to the actual exchange rate. (The amount displayed on the web page is in Canadian dollars, and the real-time exchange rate is converted to US dollars to complete the payment)
- After confirming that the payment is successful, please provide a screenshot of the successful payment to confirm the payment. We will ship within working days.
The problem of choosing WeChat/Alipay payment
- Choose WeChat or Alipay payment, we will verify your payment through the payment confirmation screenshot (sent via email or WeChat).
- After payment is confirmed, we will ship the item within working days.
- The payment QR code is as follows. Scan and enter the Canadian dollar amount of the order to complete the automatic currency conversion and payment.
